Security Deposit, as stated in the T&C’s, will be preauthorised to the guest’s card with £100 allocated as a security deposit which is compulsory. If refused, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Towels and linen are provided per person for the duration of the stay and can be refreshed on request at our current rate.
Hot tub usage is not permitted for children under 4 years old, and older children should always be supervised during hot tub usage. Hot tubs are not available on the morning of checkout. Please vacate hot tubs by 11:00pm. Our hot tub team will visit your hot tub twice daily to carry out essential checks, so please be advised they may be on you decking at unspecified times.
Some of the properties have an 'upside down' layout, if you have a specific requirement please call to check.
One car parking space is allocated to each accommodation unit and is numbered accordingly. If you have more than one vehicle please park them in the main carpark or overflow carpark beyond the reception building.

ARRIVAL: COVID 19 procedure changes – please note that you may arrive to check in to your accommodation at 5pm and must depart by 9am on day of check out, thank you. At present the swimming pool will be remaining closed.

INVERTED COURTYARD LODGES: If you have booked one of Units 26, 27, 28 they have an inverted layout meaning the bedrooms are located on the ground floor with access to the hot tub via one of the bedrooms, and the kitchens and living rooms located on the first floor. Units 32 & 33 are also inverted but do not have hot tubs. Please contact Hoseseasons should you have any questions.
